If you require urgent and confidential advice, you will meet Peter Byatt who heads up the firm or a senior manager either at one of the LB Group offices or at your location, whichever is the more confidential.

The meeting is unlikely to last more than one hour for us to understand the core problems and the more information we can see then on latest management figures, lists of creditors, creditor problems, bank position, etc, the better. The meeting is free of charge.

At the close, you will be presented with recommendations as to your options and exit routes and a costing for each alternative.

In the event that the position is so complex as to warrant further meetings and/or work before any realistic recommendations can be made, it may be necessary to a quote for that work.

There are no minimum fees and it is possible we can work on a no win no fee basis in certain circumstances.
