About Me

• Peter Byatt heads up LB Insolvency and Business Recovery Services. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has gained much of his 30 years experience in London and Chelmsford as a partner with leading international accountants. He is a member of the Institute of Credit Management, of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and has served on a number of his professional body working committees. He has authored technical books and magazine articles.

• He has handled assignments comprising the full range, size and complexity of insolvency procedures and offers a wealth of experience to clients and professional contacts.

• He takes particular pride in exploring solutions to secure the best chance of survival or turnaround and has successfully managed a large number of informal and formal moratoria which have preserved owner capital and employment.
